Hilton Club The Quin New York

Excellent experience staying here, it was everything we needed, a comfortable bed at the end of some very exhausting days! No complaints with cleanliness. The pillows were too soft for my liking but the bed was probably the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in at a hotel. Easy check in and out. Friendly staff.

We had an amazing stay at the Quin, The room was everything we hoped it would be, so comfortable, with a massive bed, it had everything you need for a perfect holiday, Nespresso machine, free water, robes and slippers. Thank you to the house keeping staff, we came back every day from exploring to an immaculately clean room. We loved everything about this hotel, the staff were wonderful especially the door men, who helped us every day with suggestions, directions and brilliant stories, A big thank you to them! We wouldn't hesitate to stay at the Quin next time we visit New York

Location: 5 ⭐ - 2 streets from Central Park, right beside 57th st subway station Bellhop service: 5 ⭐ - we had 7 bags including a large ski bag; the got it to our room and to our car service in record time and with great attitude Cleanliness: 5 ⭐ - spic and span, great bathrooms, great water temp and pressure Service: 5 ⭐ - amazing! They called us a car service to the airport with flat rate fee and handled everything Rooms: 4 ⭐- only 1 sitting area and no desk, AC was great, alarm (we did not set) went off at 6am The ONE wrinkle to our experience was the fact that someone before us had left an alarm on the bedside that woke us up at 6am when we had a late night. So maybe check that alarm clock when you come to stay. Otherwise, no complaints!

We had an amazing 5-night stay at this hotel. The location on 57th street was superb and gave us a true NY experience. We loved being so close to Central Park. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was a great size for the cost and for being in such a busy part of NY. Area was very close to the subway and felt extremely safe, even when walking late at night. We would happily stay again on our next trip. Thank you!

I was standing outside with my friend in a snowstorm and we were absolutely struggling with broken umbrellas. The owner of the Quinn saw we were struggling and came outside and gave us a huge, beautiful umbrella for free. Exceptionally kind and thoughtful service as I was not even staying at the hotel. I am extremely thankful and will be sure to stay the Quin next time I am in NYC

This was an amazing place to stay. Located two streets down from Central Park and a short walk to Time's Square, The Theater District and The Rockefeller Center. The staff couldn't have been any nicer and made staying there for our wedding all the better. The room was nice and spacious, and was everything we could've asked for. My wife and I will definitely be coming back and staying there in the future.

At 57th and 6th Ave, very convenient location to central park & shopping (so many people on 5th ave ). the hotel is newly renovated and the interior facing room can be small but the ones with street views should be bigger and brighter. the rooms come with bottled water and USB charging ports. A fridge - where i forgot my chicken inside - and coffee maker. Rooms are small but it’s manhattan so expected to be small. Lobby is smallish and there is a gym but no pool - not much other facilities - again it’s manhattan!! There are owners to these hotel rooms and also penthouse on higher floors - so owners are often around together with hotel guests. You can leave luggage after checking out. Front desk person dennis is very nice. Would stay again. Right downstairs have nice restaurant especially magnolia 57 is awesome for lunch!!
